Gibson Agility was founded by Grant Gibson to be a primary source for agile training, coaching and introducing excitement into organizations. The unique mix of background, professional and personal experiences make him an exceptional coach and mentor for all levels of an organization.
Introducing excitement and bringing energy to everything I do is essential. I am passionate and strive to make an impact whenever possible. Practicing Agilist with over 10 years of experience coaching, leading teams, managers and executives.
My past experience includes starting, scaling and exiting a software as a service company, serving as a Product Manager, Scrum Master and Visionary. I have worked with small, mid market and Fortune 500 sized companies across the United States.
For fun I rock climb, backpack, hike, fly fish and camp. Basically, anything outdoors. I am an avid cyclist (both road and trail) and love a long 100 mile ride.
